LDI was contracted to complete a 3 year renovation LDI organized and structured a process to maintain an efficient path and forecasted to save over a year of scheduling setbacks. LDI saved the client over $500k throughout the course of construction. LDI’s Owners Representation was a direct liaison between the client and the GC. LDI’s responsibility was to maintain budget, bring on suitable subcontractors to complete scopes, schedule and manage both the project, from a quality control standpoint and maintain accounting. Property sold 6 months later for a profit.
