TI completed in 4 months as the General contractor. The build was all glass offices, glass conference room and building a kitchen and bathroom. LDI worked with an Malibu Designer to help complete design and construction. The building saw many changes, including new mechanical system, lighting system, IT configuration and a seamless design glass structure
